How do I receive my login information?
Your account will be created by an AAC&U administrator. When it is created, you will receive an email from support@aacu.com containing a link that will allow you to set your password.
What browsers are supported?
Google Chrome is the recommended browser. We do not support Internet Explorer. Other browsers may experience limited functionality.
Can I enter scores with decimals or fractions?
No, only whole numbers.
What if I am unable to view a particular artifact?
If you select an artifact and find that it is illegible or otherwise compromised in a way that prevents you from properly assessing it and assigning a score, please contact the AAC&U support team at valueinstitute@aacu.org.
